It's that time of year where items in the calendar may be closer than they appear. I have been very busy getting things organized for part of a Portage Public Library project (I'll have to go over there and take photos so I can show you),trying to get some Christmas presents made, having my annual cookie party (great high caloric fun, but it involved 2 days of baking and a lot of cleaning up and then finding things after the clean up), and socializing (in the past week I've been to one birthday party, two Christmas parties and two fancy lunches, not including my cookie party). Anyway, it's been a while since I posted. I have several projects in the works, which I hope to finish shortly and then post. In the meantime, I'm posting some of my angels (and a mermaid and bird).

These are great!! I love how different they all are.

I love every single one of these creations, especially Tibbie Marie! Your prose is beautiful and fits each personality perfectly! I can't believe how busy you have been and still made time for art and baking!
BTW, which cookie recipe is your very favorite??

Your guardian angels are fabulous, as usual. I like the "mature" one best. I love my mermaid, she is hanging on my bookcase!
Your poems to go with your creations are truly inspired!
